BEYOND360 Goes International, Company Business Further Expands to Vietnam

With the further expansion of the BEYOND360 Group's business, "BEYOND360 Thailand Property" merged with the Vietnamese property management company "MTC Vietnam Property" and officially rebranded as "BEYOND360 Vietnam Property" on October 1, 2022, providing excellent property management services for more overseas owners in Thailand and Vietnam.

BEYOND360 has stood strong in Thailand for seven years, focusing on managing properties in Thailand for local and overseas owners and investors. To date, BEYOND360 manages over 10,000 residential properties in major Thai cities including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, and Hua Hin, with overseas owners accounting for about 70%.

This merger marks a business expansion from Thailand to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi in Vietnam. To enhance service quality for overseas clients, BEYOND360 has established service points in Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and Taiwan, and will set up an office in Vietnam as well.

"BEYOND360 Thailand Property" believes that this merger with the "MTC Vietnam Property" brand will not only enhance the group's value but also further solidify its position as a leading Southeast Asian property investment company.

We thank our esteemed clients for their past support, and BEYOND360's overseas property management looks forward to continuing to work hand in hand with all partners.
